Stainless Steel Vacuum Chamber are made from Stainless Steel. Much like Acrylic Vacuum Chambers, stainless steel vacuum chamber can be used for a plethora of vacuum applications and systems. However, Stainless Steel vacuum chambers can reach a much higher vacuum and therefore are used for high and ultra-high vacuum applications such as deep space simulation, vacuum deposition, vacuum sputtering, Helium Leak Testing, and other high vacuum applications.

Our Standard Stainless-Steel Vacuum Chambers can reach 10-4 Torr absolute Pressure. Our standard Stainless Steel vacuum chambers can be configured with either crystalline clear acrylic lid (for front door visibility), aluminum lid, or stainless steel lid (higher vacuum levels). Our High Vacuum Chambers can reach 10-6 Torr absolute Pressure. Please contact us to inquire about the exact vacuum specifications.

Furthermore, Stainless Steel Vacuum Chambers can operate in a temperature range between -190 Degrees Celsius to +290 Degrees Celsius. There are ways to widen the temperature range of our chambers, contact us to discuss several options you have.

Finally, Stainless Steel vacuum chambers are more chemically resistant to thinners, alcohols, and acetones.
