Description

Introducing the Heavy Duty Vacuum Chamber, designed by Sanatron for superior performance and built to last. Constructed from stainless steel, this robust vacuum chamber is engineered to handle the most demanding industrial applications. The quartz vacuum viewport allows for clear observation of chamber interior during vacuum runs. Its front-loading design provides easy access, while the compact tabletop configuration maximizes space efficiency without sacrificing functionality.

This heavy-duty stainless-steel vacuum chamber has inside dimensions of 12 inch cube. The door is front loading. The table top footprint is about 16 inch by 16 inch. On the top wall, there are two 0.5 inch NPT valves and one dial vacuum gauge. The vacuum rating of this chamber is about 10 milliTorr.

Degassing is a vital part of any two part or more mixing process, this includes but is not limited to epoxy, pharmaceutical mixing, potting, recipe creation. A vacuum degassing system consists of a vacuum pump, connection hardware (includes filters and traps) and a vacuum chamber.

Rotary Vacuum Feedthroughs are devices that will enable you to physically rotate a specimen inside the vacuum chamber while vacuum present without decreasing the vacuum.
Our Work: Vacuum Storage of Pharmaceutical Products and Medical Supplies
A pharmaceutical manufacturer contacted us to build them a large vacuum storage system for their pharmaceutical products. They were looking for as much footprint as possible which is why they got a two-chamber system from us. They needed a total of 6 shelves per chamber including trays. Finally, they were looking to have both chambers to be placed on a table frame assembly with lockable swivel casters. What you are seeing is a two chamber system, each chamber is our 20 inch cube acrylic vacuum chamber, front load hinged door. Each chamber can be accesses independently while the other is under vacuum. The trays can be easily loaded and unloaded. This whole system can also be moved to anywhere in their facility.

Force Decay Leak Testing is a very popular quantitative leak testing method used to quality test package and product integrity due to its ability to detect small leaks which cannot be seen through visual inspection. 5. Return Policy: 14 days on all standard products. We stand 100% behind our products. If there was a mistake on our part, you will be refunded 100% of your money including shipping. If the mistake was on your part or you decided that you didn`t want it after all, you will pay for shipping and we will fully refund rest of your money. Chamber must be insured during return shipping for the price that you paid for and in a non-damaged condition. Return Policy does NOT apply to custom items, jobs, or products. If you have asked us to modify any of our standard products, you will not be able to return your item.
