The chamber is robustly designed from clear acrylic enabling clear view of test specimen during leak testing. The internal dimensions are: 20 inch Wide, 14 inch Deep, and 14 inch High. As a standard, this chamber also comes with a dial vacuum gauge, a vent valve, a vacuum valve, and a vacuum adjustment valve. The hinged Lid is Gas Spring Supported which will keep it open hands free so that you can load the chamber with test specimen. The lid also has a package mesh to keep the specimen submersed under water during vacuum leak test procedure. A drain valve present at the bottom of tank for easy draining. This bubble leak tester comes with a table frame structure with lockable swivel casters for portability.

Force Decay Leak Testing Systems
Force Decay Leak Testing Systems are instruments that detect and quantify leaks in a test specimen through measuring the drop in force an inflated specimen applied onto a pressure transducer. The specimen is placed into a vacuum chamber, a vacuum is pulled, and the test sample inflates. As the test sample inflates, it applied a specific force onto the force transducer. This force is measured and recorded over time. If a leak exists, the specimen will deflate and lose pressure, as a result, the force it applies onto the force transducer will decrease. This in turn will enable for detection and quantification of a leak in the specimen.
Thermocouple Vacuum Feedthroughs
Thermocouple Vacuum Feedthrough are air-tight components that enable the measurement of temperature inside the vacuum chamber during vacuum operations. If you have to run thermocouple wires into the vacuum chamber in order to measure temperature of a specimen during vacuum operation, a thermocouple vacuum feedthrough will enable you to do that.

5. Return Policy: 14 days on all standard products. We stand 100% behind our products. If there was a mistake on our part, you will be refunded 100% of your money including shipping. If the mistake was on your part or you decided that you didn`t want it after all, you will pay for shipping and we will fully refund rest of your money. Chamber must be insured during return shipping for the price that you paid for and in a non-damaged condition. Return Policy does NOT apply to custom items, jobs, or products. If you have asked us to modify any of our standard products, you will not be able to return your item.
