Description

An Ethernet Vacuum Feedthrough is a component that will enable you to run ethernet cables into the vacuum chamber from the outside to the inside of the chamber during vacuum operations without compromising the vacuum.

This particular ethernet vacuum feedthrough connects through a 275 Conflat Flange Port. The 275 Conflat Port is connected via 6 mounting holes. Furthermore, you will need a Conflat Gasket, either Viton or Copper.

This vacuum feedthrough is compatible with RJ45, CAT5, CAT6, and ethernet LAN connections. Feel free to contact us if you have any more questions.

We treat our customers well by Over-Delivering on our Promises (reason why we are Highly Rated on Google My Business). There is a tremendous amount of valuable resources and information regarding vacuum systems and vacuum technology; check them out by clicking on the links below.

Altitude Simulation Systems
Altitude simulation systems are devices that simulate a certain altitude equivalent by controlling the vacuum inside a vacuum chamber. Altitude is a function of absolute pressure, therefore if a certain pressure is accomplished inside a vacuum chamber, a specific altitude can be simulated from the set pressure. Altitude simulation systems can be configured to not only hold a certain pressure, a complete pressure vs time profile can be programmed to be run. Furthermore, pressure vs time recipes can be loaded and run based on test requirements.
Power Vacuum Feedthroughs
Power vacuum feedthroughs are hermetically sealed off the shelf components used to transfer electrical power from the outside of the vacuum chamber into the inside of the vacuum chamber without compromising the vacuum. One example application would be powering an electronic device inside the vacuum chamber
Our Work: Research, Development, and Testing of Weather Balloons inside a Clear Vacuum Chamber
A wonderful company (more like one of the best companies in the world) which is currently involved with the research, development, and testing of high-altitude weather balloons, had a need for a vacuum chamber capable of achieving about 100 micro Torr (Micron) of ultimate Pressure for their testing environment. Fortunately, acrylic vacuum chambers are the perfect choice when it comes to Low, Rough, and Medium Vacuum.

Perhaps you have noticed that rotary vane vacuum pumps come in all shapes and sizes. On one website, the vacuum pump is less than a $100; on another website you see a vacuum pump quotes at $10,000. I would imagine that you immediately ask yourself what the deal here is.
