Description

Altitude Simulation System, made by Sanatron, fully setup and ready to go. This Altitude simulation system will allow you to simulate altitudes inside the vacuum chamber up to 45 miles / milliTorr (25 micron). A full Turn-Key System included are a A Gas Spring Supported, Hinged, Top Loading Lid Crystalline Clear Acrylic Vacuum Chamber, cube 12 inch inside dimensions, a 7 CFM rotary vane vacuum pump, an altitude simulation controller, all sitting on a table frame that includes four lockable swivel casters.

This system will enable you to simulate any altitude up to 45 miles. (NOTE: If you need higher altitudes, we can make that happen, contact us) The mode of operation is that you close the vacuum chamber lid, clamp it, set your attitude, press start and watch the vacuum pump ramp up the vacuum inside the chamber. Once the set altitude has been reached, the vacuum valve will close, and the chamber will hold this altitude for as long as needed. You also have the ability to program your recipe and set and hold several altitudes.

Many of our altitude simulation systems are customized to our clients specifications and requirements. Therefore, if you need a vacuum feedthrough, or if you need to run thermocouples into the chamber, please contact us and we can make that happen. Furthermore, anything on this system can be customized so be sure to let us know how we can help you build your system.

Vacuum Bubble Emission ASTM 3078 Leak Testing Systems
Bubble Emission (ASTM 3078) Leak Testing Systems are instruments that are used during the Quality Control process discover and locate leaks or seal integrity failures. Leaks are detected by submerging the specimen into a tank of water, applying a vacuum, and inspecting the submersed specimen for bubble emission. Our Bubble Leak Testing Systems are designed and built to conform to the ASTM D3078 protocol standard.
USB Vacuum Feedthroughs
USB Vacuum Feedthroughs are 2.0 USB ports which enable you to run a USB signal into the vacuum chamber during vacuum and pump-down operations. You have several options on what type and size of USB ports you are looking to add to a vacuum chamber.
Our Work: Altitude Testing in a Vacuum Chamber
It is not a secret that you can simulate a certain altitude in a vacuum chamber. The good thing about Acrylic Vacuum Chambers is not only that you can simulate an altitude of up to 250,000 feet, you can also fully view your test specimen during your testing operation.
