Description

The Sanatron Bubble Leak Testing Machine for Small Pouch Packaging is a state-of-the-art solution designed to ensure impeccable seal integrity of your small pouches. Utilizing the Vacuum Bubble Leak Tester method, it effectively detects leaks by submerging sealed pouches in water, adhering to ASTM D3078 standards. This Water Submersion Leak Test technique is proven to identify leak up to 0.01 mm in size, making it an ideal choice for food, medical, and pharmaceuticals industries where airtight seals are critical to product safety and quality. The machine's compact design makes it easy to incorporate into existing production lines, allowing for efficient testing without sacrificing space.

This Sanatron Bubble Leak Tester is our table top unit. The crystal clear, 100% full visibility acrylic vacuum chamber has internal dimensions of 12 inch in Width, Depth, and Height. There is a package restraining mesh connected to the lid so when it closes, it will push and submerse your small pouches under water so that a proper vacuum bubble leak test can be performed. The chamber is powered by a venturi air-powered vacuum pump where the vacuum is generated through the flow of pressurized air. We do offer other vacuum pump options. The drain valve is connected to the bottom wall, enabling full draining of the tank. This system also features a vent valve, a vacuum valve, dial vacuum gauge, and a vacuum adjustment bleed valve which will allow you to set your target vacuum, such as 10inHg for your Water Submersion Test.

Our Work: Chamber for Vacuum Extrusion System
This is a custom acrylic vacuum chamber build for a high volume manufacturer of parts which are fabricated using vacuum extrusion techniques. The challenge was to build a vacuum chamber system which mated on two perpendicular surfaces; on the bottom and on the rear of the chamber. This was accomplished by incorporating a double gasket mechanism on the bottom and incorporating a clamping mechanism on the rear.
