Testing of Construction and Farming Equipment implementing Sanatron Equipment
Part integrity is critical when it comes to construction and farming equipment. This is one of the many reasons our customers chose us. When testing quality and accurate results are critical, our equipment will deliver. A Farming and Construction equipment manufacturer contacted us to help them develop, design, build, and assemble a testing chamber capable of testing various sized parts they were making.

What you see is a cylindrical chamber, 12 inch inside diameter and about 20 inch Height. The chamber comes with a venting valve, a dial vacuum gauge, a vacuum valve and a vacuum adjustment valve. The vacuum adjustment valve is used to set a specific vacuum level during test. For example, if a 5 inHg of vacuum is required, this vacuum adjustment valve sets the vacuum to 5inHg. There is a lock nut to lock in the setting. The next time the vacuum is pulled, the vacuum will go to 5inHg. This is useful when a test needs to be repeated. It removes the need for having the operator close the vacuum valve right at 5inHg which is sometimes not as easy to do. This chamber also has a package restraining mesh which will push the specimen down and keep it submersed under water in order from preventing it from floating up.

If you are looking for a Testing chamber capable of consistency in quality and performance. Make sure to contact us to see how we can be of help.

Our clients prefer to work with us because we are Experts in Vacuum Science and Technology. What are you building? Take a look at the links below and discover some of the cool things we make.

Internal Pressurization ASTM F2096 Leak Testing Systems
Internal Pressurization (ASTM F2096) Leak Testing Systems are instruments that are used during the Quality Control process to discover leaks in sealed packages. As opposed to the vacuum bubble leak test, where the specimen is subjected to a vacuum, the internal pressurization integrity test creates a pressure difference and drives the air through a leak by internally pressurizing the specimen. Our Internal Pressurization Leak Testing Systems are designed and built to conform to the ASTM F2096 Protocol Standard.
Piston Vacuum Pumps
Piston Vacuum Pumps are devices that generate a vacuum through the workings of an internal piston. Several advantages of a piston pump include, low maintenance, no oil mist emission since it’s an oil free vacuum pump – the shortcoming are not as high of vacuum levels and volumetric flow.
Our Work: Leak Quality Testing and Quality Control of Packets
Quality Control during Production runs is a very important procedure you must perform on your manufactured products. This is especially critical is you are an FDA manufacturer where regulatory compliance is important and necessary. Our Vacuum Chambers are specifically built to assist you meet your Quality Control and Regulatory compliance needs.
